Half of the 7th grade students visited JMU on Friday, December 1st to tour the James Madison University Campus. While there, students attended an information session, took a campus tour, were able to watch a Planetarium show, eat a delicious lunch at D-hall, and finished the day with a tour of the Plecker Athletic Center that included a panel interview session with a group of JMU athletes. It was a great day and PCMS would like to thank JMU for this great opportunity for our students. The other half of 7th graders will have the same opportunity in the Spring!
Page County Middle School would like to thank the Wildlife Center of Virginia for coming to present to 7th Grade Science students. Students were able to learn about the wildlife and actually meet some in person! They saw a possum, a falcon and a turtle. We are so grateful for this opportunity for our students.
