This is a reminder from Page County Public Schools that progress reports for the first 9 weeks for Grades 1-12 will be released tomorrow, Thursday, September 24,2026, through the Parent Portal. Also, on Friday, September 25, 2026, there is NO SCHOOL for students. This is a scheduled staff professional development/work day. School will resume on Monday, September 28, 2026.

This morning, division superintendent, Dr. Bryan Huber, joined members of the PCPS transportation department for their morning pick-ups. Dr. Huber has asked everyone within the division to "invite" him in to see what is taking place within our schools. This not only gives our staff the opportunity to show what they do on a daily basis, but it allows Dr. Huber to see the inner workings of our division, and the great things that take place every single day. This is the first of many "invites" Dr. Huber is sure to get.

Law enforcement has reviewed the concern that prompted PCPS to implement a precautionary low-level lockdown earlier today and has advised that the additional precautions are no longer necessary.
The low-level lockdown has been lifted, and all PCPS schools are resuming normal operations. All school activities may resume as planned.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our students, staff, and families and thank our local law enforcement partners for their continued support.
The safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority.

SEAC serves as an advisory body to the school division on behalf of students receiving special education services. The committee includes parents of children with disabilities who reside in Page County and others involved or interested in the education of children with disabilities. SEAC provides information to help parents navigate the special education process and supports the Special Education Department in providing quality education to children with disabilities. Meetings are held quarterly on Mondays at 9:00 a.m. in person at the PCPS Central Office, are open to the public, and include time for public comment. Community members interested in becoming a SEAC board member may email SEAC@pagecounty.k12.va.us. Meeting dates and additional information are available on the PCPS Special Education webpage. The flyer includes a QR code for SEAC membership information and the PCPS mountain logo.
