This important message was received from the VDOE yesterday regarding P-EBT and SNAP EBT cardholders:
Please be aware that there is a phishing scam attempt circulating and P-EBT recipients are being asked to call or text a phony 1-866 number ending in 0486 from “VA EBT”. Please DO NOT RESPOND to or engage with any unsolicited phone number asking for your card number or PIN. The ONLY authorized P-EBT client customer service phone number is 1-866-281-2448.
If you have engaged with an invalid phishing 866 number, please immediately contact the Virginia EBT Client Customer Service Helpdesk at 1-866-281-2448 to report your card stolen.

Happy IT Professional's Day! Our Technology Team at PCPS is the best! Whenever you see them, they are usually running here and there, lending a hand to anyone who needs help. If you see one of our technology team members, be sure to tell them how much they are appreciated. We couldn't do it without them!
