We are in the process of conducting an evaluation of our Title I parental involvement program, and we would like to know what you think. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. The responses will be used to improve next year’s parental involvement program. PCPS will be offering 4 different camps this summer similar to last year. All PCPS students currently in grades K-11 are invited to express interest using the form link below. Each camp will run for 8 days total - Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-12:30pm. PCPS will be providing transportation at centralized locations. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. In order to provide the best experience possible, camps will be limited to 50 students. Should more than 50 students express interest, a lottery system will be used to select students. All students desiring to attend should complete the form no later than May 19, 2023. Students selected through the lottery to attend each camp will be notified using the email address provided in the form. Your child's school will be sharing specific dates for testing with you. Important Bus Route Information: Attention Parents in the Luray Area: Bus 30 and Bus 55 students may be about 15 minutes late arriving home. Bus 50's students who live on Leakesville Road, Dairy Road, and Gander's Road will be 30-45 minutes late arriving home. Thank you.

PCPS held its second Community Forum on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Page County High School. Approximately 40 attendees represented the school division, law enforcement, and various agencies who serve the entire Page County community. From the first meeting in March, the discussion continued around ways to work together to engage the community and utilize our resources in the most effective and efficient ways possible. PCPS is honored to host these forums and grateful to all of those in attendance. The next forum is scheduled for June 13, 2023 at 4p.m. ( at Luray High School). All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Together, we can help our community thrive!

Don't forget! Tonight is the annual Page County Public Schools Art Show. The show is being held at Luray High School from 6-8 p.m. Come out and see all of the artistic talent within our division. We hope to see you there.

This is a reminder that parent/teacher conferences are being held today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Teachers will have a 1 hour break during this time. If you don't have an appointment and plan to attend, you may want to check with the school to see when that break is scheduled. For Kindergarten registration there will be someone at the tables for the entire time. Report cards are now available on the Parent Portal.

This is an important message from Page County Public Schools: Report cards for the 3rd Quarter will be available in Parent Portal beginning Friday morning, April 7, 2023. Also, please remember that all schools and offices will be closed on Friday, April 7, 2023. Monday, April 10, 2023, there will be NO SCHOOL for students , but parent/teacher conferences will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you.

On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, Page County Public Schools will hold its annual ART SHOW featuring works from each of our schools. Please mark your calendars to join us for this event!

Today, April 4, 2023, is School Librarian Day. Please be sure to thank your librarians for all they do for your school. School Library Month is the American Association of School Librarians' celebration of school librarians/libraries. Research shows that school libraries/librarians have the ability to have a positive effect on the success of students. Libraries are intended to be comfortable learning spaces where students are given the ability to have free conversations, receive one-on-one attention if needed, and explore topics in a calming atmosphere.
