In the Family and Consumer Sciences classroom at Page County Middle School, students turned into investigative chefs to solve the mystery of this Crime Scene Kitchen. Students were able to use their problem-solving skills while working in teams to analyze kitchen and food safety issues like flour spills, trip hazards, cross contamination, fire hazards, and more! This hands-on activity helped students to see real-world situations while using their critical and creative thinking skills to reinforce the academic skills they have been learning in class to solve the crime.
