Luray High School Biology classes with Ms. Cawthorn and Ms. Weikle frequently use labs to reinforce the understanding of specific topics taught in the classroom. Both classes participated in a "Bubble" lab to explore the structure of the cell membrane to include the flexibility of the membrane, facilitated diffusion, and self repair.
Participating in Biology labs helps to create a deeper understanding of topics that might otherwise be difficult to grasp. Making learning interactive and fun and learning something new is never a bad thing.
