Her dedication to the music program is amazing, often working late nights and weekends to get things done and organized. She has made sure my son, through all his knee issues, is well taken care of and he takes care of himself. She has been a blessing to the school as a whole. She is always telling me about how Ms. Kite reserved her next favorite book so she can check it out and always tells me the stories Ms. Kite shares during library time. Ms. Kite even sent my daughter a nice postcard with a sweet message. Thank you Ms. Kite for always being so kind and for sharing so many different inspiring stories with the students." --Carissa Miller 2) "Mrs. Kite is an absolute gem found at Stanley Elementary School. Both of my kids absolutely adore library and come home excited to show me the books that they have chosen for the week. Mrs. Kite knows all of their likes and hobbies and several times has had books set to the side that she knows my kids will enjoy (which I'm sure she does for all the students). She is truly an inspiration to us all. I have noticed a change in the diversity in the available books that my children bring home; from books featuring people of color to those with families made up of all combinations including being raised by grandparents or adoption. She even has an endless supply of non-fiction for my kid that "only likes facts".
