She goes above and beyond to listen to each one, help them, give suggestions and find the best solutions to help each student. She will reach out if she sees a student is having a bad day and offers to talk if needed. She has the best listening ear, and for listening to parents/guardians also! Mrs. Lam is amazing in keeping a parent/guardian informed with calls on concerns or even passing along wonderful news your child has accomplished. Her kindness and smile never ends!
