National Finalist Announcement

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is proud to announce that Mrs. Bobbi Comer, of Page County High school, has been selected as one of the five (5) finalists for the first-ever Adviser of the Year Award. This award, sponsored by the U.S. Army, is the highest honor a chapter adviser can receive and aims to recognize and celebrate the dedication, leadership, and excellence of outstanding chapter advisers who have made significant contributions to the growth and success of FCCLA at the local, state, and national levels.

The following have been selected as Finalists for the 2023-2024 Adviser of the Year.

  • Mia Battistone, Eastview High School, MN

  • Kathy Walsh, Harvey High School, ND

  • Barbara "Bobbi" Comer, Page County High School, VA

The FCCLA Adviser of the Year Award winner will be announced at the National Leadership Conference this summer in Seattle, WA. Each finalist, including Mrs. Comer, has been awarded a $1000 prize, with the national winner set to receive an additional $2000.
