We are incredibly proud of the growth happening across Page County Public Schools! All Page County Public Schools met state standards for full accreditation. Additionally, prior to the application of federal identification considerations, every PCPS school earned a framework score in the Meets Expectations or Distinguished performance categories. Our 2026–2027 School Performance and Support Framework results reflect the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, staff, school leaders, families, and community. Yesterday, Dr. Huber was able to start his week off working with Springfield Elementary School 2nd graders, and to see their teacher, Miss Dudley, in action. Her classroom was a hub of learning, where students not only worked hard on reading and spelling, but also on soft skills like words of affirmation and encouragement for their classmates. Dr. Huber stated, "It was a great way to start off the week. Amazing things are happing in Page County." Our superintendent is thoroughly enjoying being able to visit classrooms to witness all of the learning that is taking place.

Ms. Williams' kindergarten class had the highest percentage of parents join the PTO. As every reward, the PTO provided them with a pizza party. Thank you to our PTO!

We were finally able to take a trunk full of coins to the bank for the the final count on our Give Like Dolly coin wars. Wow, LES we have raised $1,973.71 for the Dolly Parton Page Imagination Library. 75% of children under 5 years old in Page County participate in the Imagination Library. $25 provides books for a year for one child, we have helped to provide books for 78 children.

Today these scholars were recognized for showing respect to their peers, teachers and school! Congratulations!

Page County Public Schools recognized students at the last school board meeting for being a part of the Page Fair, Athletics, FFA, and FCCLA. We are proud of all that our students have accomplished.

It was a beary good week in Mrs. Emily’s Pre-K class! 🐻💛 They learned all about the letter Bb and retold the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears through lots of hands-on play and fun! Little did they know… they were working on letter recognition, sequencing, retelling, problem-solving, language, and so much more! 🤭 They thought they were just playing! 🐻📚✨ That’s the magic of Pre-K, learning can feel just like play!❤️

Bullpups are amazing! Coins continue to come in daily to help raise money for the local branch of Dolly's Imagination Library. Ms. Moyer's first grade class has taken the lead with $100.63. There is still time. Tomorrow is the last day to bring in coins/money.

Don't forget to nominate someone in our division that you feel is deserving of a Row The Boat Award. This is a great way to give them a shoutout for all they do for our schools.
